| Details: | 04.11.2022-Discussed a plan to correct all pending survey deficiencies and updated the deficiency page. The due date to correct the under-certified operator protocol deficiency and the turbidity profile deficiency was extended to October 28, 2022. The due date to complete an Operation and Maintenance plan with the all critical SOPs have been extended to June 20, 2022. Brenda is currently certified as a T2 operator and is seeking certification as a D1 operator to become the new DRC. |
