| Details: | 04.14.2022- I emailed Mac and Sam to schedule a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. The investigation was triggered by the recent total coliform positive sample collected on April 11 from site 15. The system has not reported their triggered (TG) sample. It is unclear why two repeat (RP) samples, instead of one, were collected from site number 15, the original site that tested TC positive on April 4. Since one of the two RP samples collected at site 15 tested TC positive, the routine (RT) sample that was TC positive on April 4, doesn't meet the invalidation criteria. Next steps: System has to collect a TG sample and complete a level 2 coliform investigation. The coliform investigation has been tentatively scheduled for April 21, 2022. I am waiting for Sam and Mac to confirm the date and time. |
