Details:	04.18.2022-Corinne emailed me informing me that they may be dealing with another leak in the distribution. Over the weekend water usage jumped from 8000 gallons daily to 11000. They don't have enough water to do three TOC tests. Corinne contacted Oregon Association of Water Utilities and has soon as they can locate someone they will call. She stated that she would keep me updated. No additional information was provided by Corinne regarding the status of the 2021 survey deficiencies that are still pending. I emailed Corinne requesting an update on this. Next steps: System should initiate TOC monthly monitoring as soon as practical. Create SOPs for monthly TOC monitoring and share them with water system operators.
