Details: Today a voicemail was left for the operator in regards to sampling schedule. The system only did 11 months consecutively for coliform sampling before missing November '21 and December 21'. They only submitted their source water assessment and not the monthly routine coliform for December '21. The firm was supposed to sample through February '22 in monthly coliform followed by an onsite inspection to go back to quarterly. The facility failed to do so and now is responsible for completing 12 consecutive months of coliform sampling.
