| Details: | 04.26.2022-A reminder was sent to Corinne informing the water system that an unfulfilled enforcement deadline is approaching. Specifically, the water system must complete TOC monitoring during the month of April, as specified in the Administrative Order issued on March 29, 2022. A link to address additional survey deficiencies was provided. Corinne was also reminded that she has to create an SOP for TOC sampling and monitoring. This was supposed to be completed by April 21, 2022. The system has not yet provided an update on the status of the SOP. Next steps: Collect TOC samples for the month of April and report the results to DWS no more than 10 days after the end of each month according to OAR 333-061-0040(1). Complete SOP for TOC monitoring. Provide an update of the status of all pending survey deficiencies. |
