| Details: | I called and spoke with Phillip about the persistent TC detections in the distribution and also informed him of the new requirement to install a disinfection system by 10/25/22. Phillip blamed the detection and the old reservoir as it had a hole in the bottom of it. A new reservoir has been constructed and he is waiting for final approval from MC public works before bringing it online. He asked if the disinfection system would still be required if the detections went away after the new reservoir was online. He also mentioned that they still have onsite chlorination equipment that received informal plan review approval for emergency use back in 2014 from OHA DWS. He asked if plan review is still needed. I told Phillip to contact OHA DWS as they could make that determination. | ||
