| Details: | Phone contact with DRC - facility has had consistent nitrate levels over half mcl for past 10 years, system has conducted quarterly monitoring in 2013 with out nitrate levels increasing over mcl. Discussed continuing to monitor nitrate, installing treatment maybe inevitable and system should plan accordingly regarding cost and maintenance, will follow up with board regarding recommendations. | ||
