Details: | 04.27.2022-I emailed Corinne regarding the SOP for TOC collection and the pending survey deficiencies. Next steps: - Review the SOP for TOC collection. Verify that the sample tap located after the membrane is listed with the correct number. In the SOP for TOC collection, the sample tap located after the membrane is listed as ST-6, but on the water system schematic created during the 2021 survey, that same sample tap is listed as ST-3. - The TOC procedure doesn't include sampling after the GAC filter. The water system schematic shows sample tap ST-5 after the GAC filter. collecting TOC samples at ST-5 would allow the system to determine the TOC removal efficiency. Corinne was asked to explain why ST-5 is not included in the SOP for TOC collection. - A list of the pending Survey deficiencies was included in the email. - The deficiency related to the Operational Evaluation Report for OEL exceedance will be closed out with date corrected on 04.27.2022. The system is aware of why OEL is high and is already taking steps to minimize future exceedances. |
