| Details: | Joel followed up with me on their master plan noted as a deficiency in the 2020 survey. The due date of June 30, 2022 did not provide enough time to complete the plan. He was having issues getting information from the structural engineer and needs to go with to a different engineer that would do the work. He is also getting assistance from another firm that will validate some of the modeling. Joel requested additional time for this outsourcing and requested DWS extend the master plan submittal due date to December 31, 2022. The due date was extended to December 31, 2022 to accommodate the district's needs to complete the master plan. |
