Details:	I spoke with Steve Bifano the Park Manager for Cove Palisades State Park. On May 3rd, he emailed Max Hamblin an update on the well project. The park is currently in a procurement and scope of work stage, and is consulting with GSI Water Solutions Inc on process to move the well. Some funding has already been approved. Evaluating water rights may lengthen the process. Additional time is requested for this initial phase to correct the well issue. Steve's estimates construction of the new well to begin in early 2023. The due date was extended to January 1, 2023 to accommodate the park's needs to complete the scope of work stage of the project.
