Details:	The survey conducted in 2018 identified the following deficiency for the membrane filtration: Operations and maintenance manual does not include a diagnosis and repair plan. The survey conducted in 2021 identified that the membrane filter is no longer the compliance filter. It has been re-classified as a roughing filter. The system is no longer require to provide a diagnosis and repair plan for the membrane filtration. No further action needed at this time.
