| Details: | I spoke with Quinten about the arsenic treatment system. He was there when it was installed and thinks a training from the manufacturer and a simplified operations manual would be great. I called Wigen to get a quote for a technician to come out and produce a simplified manual. two visits will be included in the WIIN-SUDC grant application. Quinten said the city council is supportive of the project and any future paperwork could be handled by the city recorder, Shawn Synder. | ||
