| Details: | I contacted Mr. Crisp this day and informed him of the necessary repeats associated with the TC+ 10/18/18. He stated well #3 has been inactive since July 2018 and will not be active until about December 2018. Because well #3 has not been active, there should be 5 total repeats, 3 in Dist-A and well 1 and 2 as source samples. I will also be sending a request for inactivation of well #3 to compliance at this time. |
