Details:	Phone contact with new owner/operator, change information request submitted to ODWS, system took 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample, noted in response system should take both source samples/ all source samples with repeat coliform sampling is required. System will retake second source on 6/7, so far samples are returned absent, possible sampling error with below ground hose bib.
