Details: Level 2 coliform investigation completed.

No definite cause identified. possible causes for the E. coli positive and total coliform positive samples are:

- The replacement of the kitchen faucet on the day before the routine sample was collected, and
- Inadequate disinfection during and after repairing the kitchen faucet.

Corrective actions completed:
The operator shock chlorinated the distribution system. After chlorine levels were back to cero in the distribution system, on 06/16/2022 the operator collected two special samples at the kitchen sink. Test results for both samples were absent of coliform bacteria. No further actions needed.
