| Details: | Called Dustin as he was the last operator from the 4/22/22 contact report. He directed me back to the main office at phone number listed above. No answer at the phone number listed and no machine to leave a message to. Tried calling James Belliveau as he was the operator listed last year at 508-215-6110. He referred us to the spring drive office at same number listed, will try again later. * The new operator Katie Donnelly called and said that she is working on getting the chlorinator back online. It is currently not operating and the maintenance department is working on it. Once it is back online she will submit the repeat sample. Katies contact is 620-481-1159 |
