| Details: | Operator notified DWS that they received a positive total coliform (negative E. coli) detection at the 5076 Elizabeth routine sample station. Repeats were taken at the downstream, upstream, original site and triggered well sampling station. On 7/7/22, the repeat sample site at 5076 Elizabeth came back positive for total coliform and negative for E. coli. The system has had issues with this sample station in the past and will be replacing this site with a better sampling station in their coliform sampling plan. System will also be chlorinating and flushing this site and taking "special" samples until this site comes back negative for coliforms. 7/19: The routine and repeat samples meet invalidation criteria in rule 0036(6)(a)(F)(ii). DWS has notified the water system and told them to take an additional routine sample to replace the invalidated routine sample. |
