Details: Received an alert on 7/8/22 that two repeat samples are positive for total coliform. Called at 4:20pm and could not get a hold of Angela. Emailed at 4:46pm and gave Angela a copy of the level 1 investigation form and informed her that the investigation needs to be completed and returned to us within 30 days with a corrective action taken. Will follow up on Monday 7/11/22 if no response.

Emailed Angela again on 7/11/22, forwarding her the letter from the state and asking for confirmation of receipt of the letter and level 1 investigation form. Angela replied to email on 7/11/22 at 11:34am and stated that she thinks the lines were not fully evacuated before the repeat samples were collected. Well company is coming to professionally check the valves and evacuate the system on 7/12/22, and Angela will retest after this is done.

Emailed Angela on 7/26/2022 to get an update on the level 1 investigation. She stated that "the corrections have been made we just need to do the retest which we should be able to do tomorrow. I will send you the form as soon as I have those turned into the lab." They treated the filter with chlorine and waited to retest.
