| Details: | Level 1 coliform investigation report was submitted to the office on 7/27/22. Report is filled out to completion. On the report, Angela states that corrective actions included closing the valve to the retired well and having the well company return to service the system. The well company removed the hose which connects the old well to the current well in order to prevent future cross-contamination. Over email, Angela stated at 8:37am on 7/26/22 that the filter was treated with chlorine. Report was submitted to DMCE at 1:16pm on 7/27/22. |
