...The Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program... issued a ‘violation’ for failure to collect coliform bacteria water test samples during the 2nd quarter of 2022 (April – June).

...If you have the test record, I would like to see it. It is possible that the form was not properly filled-out causing the test results to not be shared with OHA-DWS...

I am also aware that the Campground is still closed. Is the well accessible to the public, or is it also ‘closed’? -Meaning, is the pump handle installed?

The ‘Return-To-Compliance’ procedure is to simply collect a coliform sample as soon as possible/practical. Let me know. Thank you in advance...
