Details:	Alert ID COLI22296 07.14.22 - Brenda informed me that the three RP samples were collected on 07.11.22. Lab results show absence of coliform bacteria. Brenda believes the TC positive was due to human error during sampling. No further actions needed. 07-.13.22 - I contacted Brenda via email and also left a voice message with instructions to collect 3 RP samples.
