| Details: | Spoke with John Amery after receiving an alert for high Nitrate. There was confusion as to when they would have to notify NCPHD when well #2 was activated. There was also confusion as to sample labelling. They had been sampling bi-monthly, however submitting them as special samples when they should have been submitting them as compliance EP-B samples. I spoke with John and sent a reminder email of the agreement they had with Nicole Bailey and Michelle Byrd, along with a bulleted list of those requirements when activating the well. I'll also be contacting Hiland water to determine who the operator is since Matt Olson is off duty currently. |
