| Details: | Talked to Chad Hollaway, Facilities Manager, about taking repeat samples within 24hrs. 1 source sample, one upstream, one downstream, and one at the sample site that tested positive. We discussed human error and sample taps. There has been remodeling going on at the school and there were some broken pipes due to construction. Chad believes pipes were repaired and flushed. Talked about checking residual chlorine levels in the system. | ||
