| Details: | The school is closed for the summer, and no summer food service is happening at the high school. the facility has construction happening on site and digging has broken multiple pipes. The water operator was gone on vacation for a week to come back to find the chlorine tank dry and the chlorine pump not working correctly. The pump was fixed, the holding tank shocked, the system flushed and residuals were taken in the distribution. A level one investigation was completed and sent to the State for review. The system was going to take samples to see if they were still getting positives, but believe the line breaks and no chlorine are the result of the positives. | ||
