Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Weiss Estates owns and operates a treatment facility off Weiss Estates Rd. approximately 4 miles north of Bandon. A request was received to help system with system modifications and testing efforts. Assistance Provided: Continued Coordination with OHA and water system representative on water treatment plant upgrades and operations prior to testing. After initial communications occurred water system became nonresponsive. We attempted several additional times to contact water system and are closing this support at this time. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Circuit Rider support is available once water system is ready to move forward with support. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe:
