Details:	Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office, was contacted by the OHA State DWS program. They reported that someone (on behalf of their daughter) reported that there was a waterline leak at: 7676 Clear Creek Rd, Mt Hood, OR 97041. This problem reportedly has been occurring for 4 days and water is pooling around the house. Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office attempted to contact the person who reported the condition (no name provided by OHA). Their voicemail system was full, and we could not leave a message. We tried contacting Parkdale Water Company. They did not answer their phone. We left a voicemail and let them know about the reported condition. Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health Office was unable to reach anyone regarding this issue directly.
