| Details: | Email sent that said: Sheldon, A violation was generated... Your chemical sampling schedule was changed following activation of the new well (Well #3). This scheduling change (in the online computer system) appears to have occurred recently. This change was mentioned in a letter dated 3/11/21, which said: “…once Well #3 is placed into use the following entry point sampling will need to be completed... Two consecutive quarters of sampling at EP-A will need to be done for radiological contaminants (uranium, radium 226/228, and gross alpha), the results of which will be used to determine future radiological monitoring...” (Letter from Evan Hofeld, RE, to Darrin Eckman, PE, 3/11/21 – see attached)... Please collect these samples as soon as possible, and please let me know if you have any questions... |
