Details:	DBP sampling completed-Request to update Data Online-09.16.2022 The operator reported a mistake on the chain of custody record. It was her first time filling out this form and she did not correctly specify the location where DBP samples were collected. The chain of custody record incorrectly indicates that DBPs were sampled at the entry point EP-A. Michelle contacted me via phone to confirm that DBPs were sampled at the right location. A request was made for DMCE to update the DBP information on Data Online. No further actions needed at this time.
