| Details: | I was contacted by Balmeet Singh regarding the installation of a raw water sample tap at the well. He also asked if there was an issue with the water at the market. I told him again about the total coliform routine positive sample and that some of the repeat samples were also positive for total coliform. I told him that this triggers a Level 1 coliform investigation (that the water system completes) and asked for his email to send him the template for a Level 1 coliform investigation. Additionally, I offered to set up a time to discuss the form/completion over the phone. We tentatively scheduled to discuss the water system at 12:00 pm on 09/23/2022. | ||
