| Details: | I reviewed the Level 1 investigation with Balmeet Singh over the phone. The water sample that resulted in the positive coliform was taken after the work was completed on the water system to correct significant deficiencies (raw water sample tap installation and extension of well casing/new grout around well casing). The Level 1 form appears to be complete and will be sent to the DWP compliance email. | ||
