| Details: | I spoke to Bruce regarding the current alert that was TC and E-coli positive in the distribution system. He was instructed to submit three repeat distribution samples one of which should be at the original sample site and a triggered source sample. We discussed proper lab slip labeling. We also discussed that if the repeat samples return negative a Level 1 investigation will be required. If the samples return positive I will schedule a Level 2 investigation appointment. We texted that three distribution samples will also be required in December. Bruce takes his samples to Analytical lab in Eugene. He will have to travel to Eugene to get sample bottles tomorrow and then return them. It may be Thursday before repeat sample results are available. I texted Bruce that he may want to get extra samples bottles while at the lab to cover the December tests. |
