Details:	2022 Survey deficiency updates Michelle reported that the system fixed the issue with the turbidity sampling tap. The NTU sample tap prior to the clearwell now works when when the system is online or offline. Corrective action completed on 09.19.2022. The Operation and Maintenance Manual was completed on 9.22.22. The Emergency Response Plan was completed on 9.22.22. No further actions needed at this time.
