| Details: | Brandon notified OHA-DWS today that a routine sample collected Monday 11/5/18 from 1600 Alder Dr NE came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Three repeats (upstream, downstream, original site) will be collected tomorrow, as well as triggered raw source samples from the 7 wells in operation at the time (Delta, Reitz, Carlhaven East, Keizer Station, Willamette, Lacey Ct, City Hall). He did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. Will wait for results of repeat samples and respond accordingly. UPDATE: Brandon let us know 11/8/18 that all repeats and triggered source samples were absent for coliform. No further action required. | ||
