Details:	System is low on water and pump failed. Michelle and Dave reported that the system is having trouble meeting the demand. They are having water hauled from the City of Medford by a hauling contractor ("A+ Water Company"). Water from the hauler was transferred directly into the system's storage tank. The operator also reported having issues with a pump that is currently in the process of being repaired. Next steps: A special water sample will be collected to ensure hauled water is absent of coliform contamination.
