| Details: | Operator notified DWS the city had a positive total coliform (negative E. coli) detection at the 1600 Alder Drive NE sampling site on 10/10/2022. The operator took the upstream, downstream, original repeat samples as well as triggered samples at all the active sources. Active sources listed below and the operator will follow up with repeat results. SRC-TA Carlhaven West SRC-QA Keizer Station SRC-VA 17th Ave SRC-WA Lacey Ct SRC-KA Willamette SRC-SA City Hall SRC-NA Meadows SRC-RA Delta Upstream repeat sample came back +TC (negative E. coli), system took repeats and samples came back negative. No more than 5% of the 40 monthly (routine + repeat) coliform samples can be total coliform positive. System has had 2 +TC samples this month. No further actions needed at this time. |
