| Details: | SS Deficiency follow up 11.14.2022-The operator has not reached out to provide an update on the survey significant deficiency that is still pending. I tried contacting Brenda by phone and left a voice message requesting a call back. 10.14.2022-I contacted Brenda requesting an update on the system's ability to conduct turbidity profiles. The system is required to conduct turbidity profiles on individual filters at least quarterly. The due date to correct this deficiency is Oct 28, 2022. |
