| Details: | I contacted facilities for Corvallis 509J. The DRC has changed. I notified the new staff member Michael Daversa of the violation. I submitted a contact update in SDWIS. I also made Michael aware that he will need to take a small operators water system course to get designated as the DRC. They have a part time retired staff person that has completed the SWS training and is listed in their certified operator tab. | ||
