| Details: | I called the Corvallis School District to speak with Michael Daversa regarding two violations. One for not reporting a third quarter 2022 routine distribution coliform sample and an annual assessment sample. Mike Daversa will no longer be the primary DRC. Mike Ruark will be the new primary DRC. We discussed changing the contact information in data on-line. I reviewed with Mike Ruark where he can view his sampling schedules online. We also discussed getting his small groundwater course application submitted to the operator certification section of OHA DWP. I offered to provide him a tutorial of data on line if he felt it would be helpful. I sent him the link to the application. |
