Details: I emailed the operator the following information to address water system violations:
I am reporting that the Mt. View water system received 8 points in violations for not submitting tests for Nitrates, SOC, VOC and an annual Source Water Assessment sample in 2022.
Systems with a score of 11 or higher are considered a priority non -complier.

Please test the nitrates annually.
The SOC and VOC are now on a 2023-2025 compliance schedule. I suggest you submit those tests this year.
We discussed in an earlier conversation that due to the addition of chlorine on the system an annual source water assessment sample must be submitted for the center well.
If you had a positive routine distribution sample during the year, you would be required to submit three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample from the center well. This triggered source sample would meet that the annual testing requirement.
