Details:	Followed up with Matt on planned improvements for corrosion control treatment. The city plans to relocate phosphate chemical injection site to achieve consistent and proportional dosages and also use an alternate phosphate inhibitor to stabilize phosphate levels. The June 30th due date would not be met, though construction was 50-75% completed and should be 100% in three weeks. The plan is to start injecting the current chemical at the new location to work out any issues, then begin injecting the new chemical. He still plans to complete the required sampling by the end of the year. Update: On Oct. 3rd, Matt informed me different chemical metering pumps were ordered because the ones supplied did not meet their needs. Replacement pumps were received and are being installed. Update: On Nov. 9th, Matt informed me by letter that the new zinc orthophosphate injection system installation was complete and was scheduled to be activated. Lead and copper sampling was planned for December.
