| Details: | Met with the owner/operator at the facility for the purpose of the Level 2 Investigation. During this visit he mentioned that he had submitted the Oct. routine sample on 10/27. The lab had notified him that the sample was present for Total Coliform only. He claims that on Monday 10/31 he will be submitting 3 distribution and one source sample. I confirm with him that any super chlorination will occur after the samples are submitted. | ||
