| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Water system has recently been re-classified as a community system and as such will need to comply with EPA’s SWTR. The water system reached out to the circuit rider requesting assistance with finding a contractor to provide a quote to install surface water treatment. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider put the water system in contact with David Funderburk, a skilled operator in the area that builds custom treatment systems for small surface water systems. The circuit rider worked with David and the water system in selecting appropriate treatment for the water system.
