Details:	Just reviewed data from the few days before Hallowe'en more deeply with Yvonne. Violation & Tier 2 Public Notice is required. *Action Needed* Yvonne, et al., will provide the following (after Thanksgiving): Distribution chlorine residual times and locations, and Bac-T results CT SWTR form they forgot to submit. A simple, accurate schematic depicting: 1st User, piping at the single inlet/outlet at Terra Fern vis-a-vis the high service pumps, what happens during a backwash, how the small purchasers relate.
