Details: DWS reached out to the system notifying them 2 violations were issued; one for failure to collect/submit August DBP results from the DIST (Violation #902593933) and another for failure to collect/submit 3rd quarter dichloromethane monitoring results from EP-B/ASR well (Violation # 902593931 ). DWS staff informed system these violations will automatically RTC once 4th quarter results are submitted on time. DWS staff reminded system samples must be collected during the monitoring period and the results need to be reported by the 10th of the next month.
