Dave Burch reached out to the circuit rider for assistance with a CT Study.

Assistance Provided:

The circuit rider reached out via phone and emails to Midland on several occasions in an attempt to schedule a site visit with Dave. Unfortunately, the circuit rider was unable schedule a site visit with Dave.

The circuit rider will continue to attempt to contact the system to schedule a site visit.
