| Details: | I called Grand Ronde Community Water Association at 4:04 pm and left a voicemessage. I let them know we received an alert for two TC+ samples. I mentioned that since there were two TC+ samples that within a month, a level two(2) investigation will be generated. This is the third investigation generated within a 12 month rolling period. I asked them to call me once the received the voicemessage. Talked to Karl Ekstrom on 12/27/2022. A level two (2) investigation is required and triggered sample(s) will need to be taken. Karl stated that the new springs were not active during the time of the TC+ samples. Will conduct a consultation level two (2) investigation. Discussed the requirement for residual chlorination. Karl has contacted the circuit rider and is going to set a meeting with them and OWAU to meet on-site. Submitted L2 investigation report to DMCE on 1/9/2023.Triggered samples came back negative. Karl is waiting to hear back from the circuit rider to start looking into treatment options. |
