| Details: | AO Requirements Completed 01.13.2023-I emailed Corinne informing her that Weiss Estates has completed the TOC monitoring that was required. With December DBP samples below the MCL there’s compliance with that rule as well. And the monthly surface water report indicates CT was met and there weren’t any violations for turbidity. This closes the administrative order as all of the terms were met. Next steps: now that the AO requirements have been completed, the concern is for Corinne to address the survey deficiencies that are still pending. An email was sent to Corinne requesting an action plan to address these deficiencies. |
