| Details: | Update on survey deficiencies still pending. On 01.22.23 Corinne emailed me informing that within the next few weeks Weiss Estates will be submitting plan review documents for a project that will change several aspects of the treatment process. David Funderburk is working on the plan review documents. Corinne stated that the membrane software controller is failing and needs to be replaced. The water system is also thinking of adding a second membrane filter and replacing all the other components on the south wall. Due to these changes, Corinne suggested combining the pending survey deficiencies into the project and plan review process. Next steps: I notified Corinne that her email can't be regarded as an action plan for the survey deficiencies still pending. The action plan must have specific dates when each deficiency will be corrected. I texted David Funderburk requesting more details on the scope of the project. A summary of the survey deficiencies was provided. |
