| Details: | Alert response to TCR-97 Three SP samples were taken after repairs were done to fix the leak affecting sections OV, I and T1-14. One sample collected at the site where the leak was isolated came back TC positive. the two other samples, one upstream and the other one downstream from where the leak was isolated came back absent of coliform contamination. Next steps: The operator will shock chlorinate and flush the line before collecting three additional samples tomorrow. The boil advisory for sections OV, I and sites T1-14 will be lifted after additional lab results can confirm absence of coliform contamination. Mass emails and telephone calls are used to keep residents informed on the progress of the repairs. |
