| Details: | August 7, 2018 survey noted no gasket for the reservoir hatch and some DCVAs not regularly tested. 11/25/2018 Craig submitted pictures of the new hatch gasket as well as improvements to both wellheads so they are water tight. The CFOID will hold a meeting in January to ensure all installed backflow devices are tested annually as per system by-laws. |
